Artifact Real Estate Text Messages sends replies to your inquiries, showing and appointment scheduling, reminders, and updates about your home search or sale; and, only if you separately agree to marketing messages, new listings, market updates, open house invitations and occasional promotions to people who opt in.

• How you join: by checking the optional, unchecked text message consent box on a form on this website and submitting it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: text STOP (or reply STOP to any message). You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (619) 400-7969 or jenni@artifactrealestate.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
